Climate Scientist Suggests 'Culling' the Human Population With a Deadly Pandemic to Lower Carbon Emissions

Overwhelmingly, the Climate Scientists who push the “global warming” (climate change) fraud are paid shills who are funded by the money power to peddle ideologies which enable and justify the confiscation of private property and centralisation of the means of production. This is Marxism, Communism and Collectivism. Reduction and control of population growth is one of the key agendas, and all of this is achieved through the two prongs of carbon (deprivation of livelihood, destruction of farming, restriction of travel, restrictions on energy in order to save Mother Gaia) and contagion (injections against mutating Darwinian viruses in the crucible of evolution).
Despite the fact that these are openly announced and published agendas, and are evidently in motion, they are dismissed by "coincidence theorists" as mere "conspiracies" and "woke daʿwah".

Culling the Human Population with a Pandemic
Bill McGuire, a Professor of Geophysical & Climate Hazards at University College London (UCL), authored a tweet Sunday that lamented the fact carbon emissions were not falling nearly as fast as needed and suggested solving the “climate crisis” with a deadly pandemic to wipe out swaths of the human population.
“If I am brutally honest, the only realistic way I see emissions falling as fast as they need to, to avoid catastrophic #climate breakdown, is the culling of the human population by a pandemic with a very high fatality rate,” he wrote.
After righteous backlash from social media users, McGuire deleted his post and whined that people were deliberately taking his words out of context.
He then lied and claimed that his initial post was about falling economic activity despite clearly referencing a pandemic killing off mankind.

As the National Pulse notes, McGuire is infamous for being a member of a British government body that advised politicians on the COVID-19 response. He also co-authored a report for the radical United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which helps influence climate policy worldwide.
McGuire is also not the first leftist to suggest exterminating the human population to solve the planet’s issues. For example, infamous animal rights activist Jane Goodall once floated reducing the Earth’s population to what it was 500 years ago. A University of Texas professor also called for killing 90 PERCENT of all humans to save the planet.

Bill McGuire and the International Machinery
Close to a hundred years ago in 1935, when germ-theory based faked epidemics were being exposed, it was aptly remarked:[1]
One may not reasonably claim that three or four faked epidemics prove all health officials knaves [i.e. dishonest]; but they are quite sufficient to show that under "the system" of complete, absolute and irresponsible control of public health service by one school of healing, the foregoing cited instances [i.e. of faked epidemics in New York City, Kansas, Pittsburgh during the 1920s] may be multiplied indefinitely, and the public be none the wiser.
The factors are all present which make such exploitation of the public health and the public purse possible, whenever a medical health officer may be found who is sufficiently corrupt or sufficiently fanatical, to set the machinery in motion for their accomplishment.
What has been indicated in the above quote continued over the decades for the rest of the 20th century until we reach the era of AIDS (HIV), Swine Flu, Bird Flu, and lately, Covid-19, when this fakery went international. It has now become an art form.

When only one theory of disease is allowed, and when there is sufficient fanaticism for that theory or idea, and when there is corruption, then nations and populations can be exploited in the name of "public health" if there is a machinery in place to facilitate it.
The "machinery" mentioned in the above quote has advanced to such a degree, on an international scale, that it is becoming next to impossible for anyone to escape it. What was pulled off at the city level in the 1920s, began to be pulled off at the international scale in the late 20th century. The scam has now been perfected with Covid-19, where full institutional and regulatory capture by corporations and private interests has been achieved, allowing the machinery to be put in motion worldwide.
The WHO which is 80% funded by private and specialists interests—after having watered down the definition of a “pandemic”—can announce a PHEIC (Public Health Emergency of International Concern) and the entire machinery is thereby greased and ready to roll, with a saviour vaccine always on the horizon.
