Background
This article presents the wisdom, justice, mercy and restraint in the rules of war in Divine Legislation and the exemplary merciful conduct of Prophet Muḥammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم) with his enemies compared to bloodthirsty vengeance, hatred and genocidal intent drawn from altered, abrogated scripture on the one hand and the excesses of extremists, terrorists and/or compromised Trojan-horse groups such as ISIS (Daesh), al-Qaeda, Hamas and their likes on the other.
Hamas is an Israeli-right supported Trojan-horse organisation which is known to have been infested with spies, inflltrators and informants. It has been kept in place in order to facilitate the appropriation of land from Palestinians.
With foreknowledge of the attack and suspicious insider trading against Israeli stocks days before, it is clear that members of the group were allowed on 7th October 2023 to breach the walls of what has been described as the concentration camp of Gaza. Both military and civilian deaths and injuries were caused. In its response, the IDF, either in panic or as a deliberate policy to gain support for the pre-determined execution of decades old ethnic-cleansing plans, used helicopters and tanks to fire indiscriminately into military bases and Kibbutz homes. This could also have been part of the “Hannibal Directive”, where the Zionists kill their own people to avoid hostages being used as future bargaining chips. As a result, a large number of civilians were killed, many hundreds according to a Haaretz report.
Now debunked atrocity propaganda—such as the claim of the beheading of 40 babies and baking babies in an oven—was used to whip up internationnal support for the pre-planned invasion of Gaza and displacement of its population into the Sinai. Allegations of rape remain unsubstantiated according to The Times of Israel.
The colluding media machinery went into motion with the 2009 Global Language Dictionary and Epsteined and other politicians,[1] particularly in the US, began making the war cry, many of them seeing the eye-watering profits to be made from the war industries in which they are heavily invested.
Many IDF soldiers (current and veteran) are on record, on video stating that this type of perimeter breach and attack, in its planning and excecution, going unnoticed; and left to continue for six or so hours is a literal impossibility. Given these concretely established facts, a degree of suspicion is warranted.
On Saturday 28th October, Prime Minister Benjamin 'Netanyahu' Mileikowsky announced in Hebrew: “You must remember what Amalek has done to you, says our Holy Bible. And we do remember.” Of all the thousands of verses in the Old Testament that Mileikowsky could have quoted, he chose the ones pertaining to genocide of the Amalekites in Deuteronomy 25: 17-19. In this passage, we read the following: "You shall blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven. Do not forget!"
The genocidal intent could not have been expressed more clearly than by another Jewish supremacist and bloodthirsty genocidal maniac by the name of Moshe Feiglin, a Likud party member, former Knesset lawmaker and politician. This ethno-supremacist wants the Palestinian Arab Semites of Gaza firebombed like Dresden and completely leveled because of the actions of Hamas (see video):
We still have not revenged in a biblical way... we did not burn Gaza to ashes immediately. Create a tremendous humanity crisis. Level the entire area! Do not leave a stone upon stone in Gaza! Gaza needs to turn to Dresden! Annihilate Gaza now!
As for Moses, Aaron and Joshua (عليهم السلام), to whom these verses would relate to, they were "Semites" (indistinguishable from Arabs) and lived over 3,500 years ago in the Middle East. It is not clear how these verses justify a Polish or Russian Jew of Rhinelandic passage and dilution to ethnically cleanse Palestinian Arab Semites from a strip of land on grounds of racial superiority. Some assert that from the reasons for the current Gaza invastion are natural gas resources and the building of a trade canal.
In this article we compare the implication of Bibi Mileikowsky's speech and its practical necessity—being played out right now in Gaza with the deliberate targeting and murder of non-combatant civilian men, women, children, babies, and destruction of homes, mosques, churches, hospitals, shelters and ambulances under the guise of defeating the Israeli right's ally and strategic asset, Hamas—to the just rules of fighting in Divine Legislation.
It is important to note that these actions of Bibi Mileikowsky, the army and the IDF are denounced and rejected by many Jews all across the world, and as it stands Mileikowsky does not have strong backing from his population. Right now, there are hundreds of protestors outside his house, calling him a murderer (for not saving hostages) and demanding his resignation. Alongside that, we also condemn the activities of extremist, compromised groups who are a calamity for Muslims, a Trojan horse, such as ISIS (Daesh), al-Qaeda and their likes, and this includes Hamas which was created to serve the interests of the Israeli right.

Overview
In this article, we first explain that the legislation of fighting in Islām is for the protection of the instrument of preaching, to prevent hindrance of people from receiving the message of Islām. Since fighting is not on the basis of race, ethnicity, or land, then we do not find in such a legislation what justifies or leads to genocidal, vengeance-fuelled, ethnic-cleansing policies, unlike fighting that is based on racial superiority and claiming ownership of land by alleged divine promise, Secondly, we look at how the Polish Jew known as Benjamin Mileikowsky, alludes to the Amalekite genocide doctrine from altered, abrogated scripture. Thirdly, we then provide some videos from Rabbis explaining this doctrine and how it always remains in effect. Fourthly, we then show Norman Finkelstein calling out the Gaza genocide, and explaining how only a moron is unable to distinguish between humanitarian law and genocide. Sixthly, after that we look at how the Prophet of Islām graciously treated his own enemies who oppressed him and waged war against him, tried to assassinate him, tried to starve him and his followers and made alliances to erase him and his followers off the map. This is to contrast this action with the actions of bloodthirsty Jewish extremists like Mileikowsky who fight for ethnosupremacism and land. Finally, we quote from an Israeli historian and genocide scholar who calls out the Gaza attack as a textbook case of genocide.
The Legislation of Fighting in Islām
Fighting is legislated in the Sharīʿah of Islām as a necessity to remove aggression and hostility shown towards peaceful preaching and conveyance of the message. It is not legislated for furtherance of tribalism or nationalism, for acquisition of land, for seeking highness and authority on the land or for commercial interests in themselves. As Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (رحمه الله) said—during his refutation of the claim that the verses of preaching have been abrogated by the verses of the sword:
That it is known that fighting was only prescribed for a necessity (ḍarūrah) and had the people believed through evidences and signs [alone], fighting would not have been required.[2]
He also said:[3]
Fighting is for the one who fights against us when we desire to proclaim the religion of Allāh... so whoever did not prevent the Muslims from establishing the religion of Allāh, then the harm of his unbelief is only upon himself.
And Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمه الله) said:[4]
Killing [of combatants] is only necessary in retaliation for war, not in retaliation for unbelief. For this reason, women and children are not killed. Neither are the terminally ill and the blind. And neither are the monks who do not fight. Rather, we only fight the one who wages war against us. This was the way of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) towards the inhabitants of the Earth.
And from what is related from the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) in many statements:[5]
And do not kill a small child, nor a woman, nor an old man…
Thus, fighting is only against combatants, the killing of civilians priests, monks, women, children and destruction of infrastructure and sources of sustenance and the likes are forbidden.
Imām al-Ṭabarī (d. 310H) (رحمه الله) mentions in his Tārīkh, that Abū Bakr al-Ṣiddīq (رضي الله عنه), the first Caliph, advised the leader of the Muslim army, Usāmah bin Zayd (رضي الله عنه) with the following:[6]
O people, stop [for a moment], I advise you with ten:
Do not be treacherous (with secret violation of agreements). Do not take spoils of war dishonestly. Do not be treacherous (with open violation of agreements). Do not mutilate (those who die in battle). Do not kill a small child, an old man, or a woman. Do not cut-down or burn the date-palm tree. Do not cut fruit-bearing trees. Do not slaughter any sheep, cow or camel unless it is for eating. You will come upon a people who have isolated themselves in monasteries, so leave them alone and what they have preoccupied themselves with. You will come upon people who come to you with vessels of various types of food. If you eat anything from them, mention the name of Allāh over them.
Upon this, to answer the eternally unanswered question of Piers Morgan, “Do you condemn Hamas?”, we condemn everyone who opposes the Divine Legislation by killing innocent civilians, including non-combatant men, the elderly, women, children, priests, monks and the likes, no matter who they are, Muslim or non-Muslim, whether ISIS, al-Qaeda, Hamas, Boko Haram or Benjamin Mileikowsky, the IDF, Settlers and their likes.
Our condemnation is on the basis that such actions are unjust and oppose Divine Legislation and not because of the race or ethnicity or religion of the perpetrators, and thus we are able to maintain moral consistency and integrity. This is unlike Western politicians who are able to swiftly condemn Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and support Ukraine (the invaded and occupied in this case) with money and weapons for resistance, but unwilling to condemn the genocide and ethnic cleansing of Gazans, while supporting the Mileikowsky regime with bombs, missiles and military hardware to facilitate the excecution of that genocide and ethnic cleansing.
The above (rules pertaining to war in Islām) contrast with the ethno-supremacist and land-redemption doctrine of some of the Jews, the Political and Religious Zionists among them, who, in their interpretation of their altered, abrogated scripture, claim they must slaughter their enemies, the “human animals”—lumped under the “Amalek” umbrella—without any mercy or compassion, in order to take possession of what they believe was promised to their ancestors over three thousand years ago, as redemption.
This genocidal doctrine is rejected by other Jews.

Many Jews consider the premature establishment of a Jewish state to be opposed to their religion and their scripture, amounting to heresy, and in the view of some, apostasy. They believe they must remain in exile among the nations until their awaited Messiah will lead them into the Promised Land and grant them the riches of the world, and whereupon they will be served by the nations. Hence, its a difference in methodology between them as to how the prophecy they all believe in, is to be fulfilled.
Hence there are among them the Quietists (passively wait for the Messiah), the Politicos (work to create the state ourselves, do political lobbying in the nations) and the Extremists, Terrorists (wipe those "human animals" from the map, from the river to the sea).
One should note at this point that from the tricks of the Jewish Zionists, when faced with clear exposition of their explicitly stated intent, through their own words, declarations and boasts, is to use, in the words of Israeli Minister, Shulamit Aloni, the false accusation of anti-semitism to silence any criticism of the policies of their state.
Benjamin 'Netanyahu' Mileikowsky[7] (Polish Jew) Invokes the Bloodlust Revenge Doctrine Against the Amalekites in Altered, Abrogated Scripture Against Palestinian Gazans (Arab Semites)
In his speech of 28th October 2023, Mileikowsky took off the mask in full and and revealed the realities. The propaganda techniques detailed in the Israel Project's 2009 Global Dictionary advise that invoking scripture and using religious argument is bad for the Jewish state. Nevertheless, of all the verses Mileikowsky could have quoted, he went straight to the verses of genocide and ethnic-cleansing, remaining true to his ethnic cleansing intentions from the 1970s.

He is referring to passages regarding the Amalekites, among which is the following:
Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy all that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys. 1 Samuel 15:3.
'Netanyahu' Mileikowsky—currently besieged at his home by fellow Jews, protesting against him and accusing him of being a murderer, liar and criminal—invoked this Amalekite Genocide doctrine during his current campaign of shock, awe and terror against the inhabitants of Gaza who are more racially and purely Semitic than his Polish Jewishness of adulterated blood (See: Rhineland Hypothesis).
Mileikowsky's ethnic-cleansing operation against Arab Semites is in retaliation for the October 7th attack by his Trojan horse of Hamas, which was funded and nurtured by the Israeli right as a strategic asset to destroy any prospect of peace and of the Palestinian's having a state. Hamas was created and supported as a long-term strategic asset, tool, agent and ally of the Israeli right.
'Netanhayu' Mileikowsky has tactically supported and funded Hamas, specifically for the objective of expansion and further dispossession of land. Hamas is and has been deeply infiltrated by spies and informants (from decades ago), giving Jewish intelligence agencies some degree of a string-pulling role for manipulation and exploitation.
See for example, Mosab Yousef, who is the son of Hassan Yousef, a Hamas a co-founder. Mosab worked undercover for the Jewish state's internal security service Shin Bet from 1997 to 2007. He became a convert to Christianity. There are said to be hundreds of collaborators like Yousef.
Further, there are numerous videos of former IDF soldiers providing evidence that the October 7th attack was impossible given the top-notch security infrastructure in place, and that Hamas was actually given free reign by being left alone for 6-7 hours, which is an impossibility, given all the rapid alert systems. They consider this to be a staged event, made to appear organic for political objectives. Hamas, as an institution (and not each and every individual) is effectively an agency of and for the Jewish right.
In other words, the meaning of Mileikowsky's statement, "This is part of our strategy" as quoted in the Haaretz article is pretty much the following:
Let us fund and support Hamas over other leaders and representatives of the Palestinians, so that they are the ones who are elected and ruled over, so that when they commit the hostilities we expect and require of them, we can use that to:
- destroy any prospect of a Palestinian state
- hold all Palestinians responsible—because they voted in Hamas democratically, the same excuse used by Daesh (ISIS), al-Qaeda and others to justify killing Western civilians,
- and use what are overwhelmingly homemade fireworks which Hamas sends over the border and any atrocities they commit upon which we thrive and survive...
As such, what you see in the video above in which 'Netanyahu' Mileikowsky invokes the genocidal revenge doctrine of 1 Samuel 15:3 against "Amalek", it is an excellent theatrical acting performance. Benjami Mileikowsky, alongside being a psychopath, is a great actor, we have to give him ten out of ten for strategy (script), psychopathy and acting ability, in short:
Fund and support Hamas to get them in power through democracy so the population can be blamed for electing them and for justifying collective punishment. Infiltrate them with spies and informers. Sit and wait. When the atrocities take place (and you can facilitate them too, to give Hamas a helping hand), then swiftly execute your decades old ethnic cleansing and land-grabbing plans, and leave it for morons and useful idiots like Piers Morgan to launch his inquisition: “Do you condemn Hamas?”
Obliterating Amalek
The video below is of a Rabbi who explains to us that the Amalekite doctrine is not abrogated but alive and in effect and that it applies to all enemies of his people, at all times:
In short:
- The concept of Amalek is very much alive today.
- They are commanded to destroy the enemies of their people at all times in all places.
- They are to destroy "Amalek" and all descendants.
Right at the end of the video, we see that the Rabbi's statement; "We are commanded by Hashem to remember that which Amalek did to us and to destroy them" is identical to that of Mileikowsky, "You must remember what Amalek has done to you... says the Holy Bible."
In another video below, another bloodthirsty Jewish ethno-supremacist terrorist explains how it is vicious not to kill a child, because that child may grow up to kill, and he cites the same passages regarding completely erasing any memory of Amalek:
The statement, "You must remember what Amalek has done to you" is clear expression of genocidal intent and this is why Israeli genocide scholar, Raz Segal has described what the Jewish state is doing as a "textbook case of genocide" (see below).
From the angle of justice, we should mention that this view is not shared by all Jews, and among the Jews are those who disagree with this. However, it is a view that is held by many Jews in influential positions both in politics and religion, in the Jewish state.
Norman Finkelstein: Only a Moron Can't Distinguish Between Genocide and Humanitarian Law
Norman Finkelstein is a brave and outspoken Jew who has criticised his fellow Jews, in particular the Zionists, for making an industry out of the Holocaust and using it to shield and deflect from their own crimes. In this video of 9th November 2023 he provides three lines of evidence for clear genocidal intent and declares the one who cannot see it as a moron and an idiot.
The Prophet’s Treatment of His Enemies
When the Prophet of Islām (صلى الله عليه وسلم) went to the city of Ṭāʾif in order to invite the people to Islām, going door to door to call them with wisdom and good admonition, they abused him and had him expelled. They got their children to throw rocks at him, until blood flowed. When offered the option of having them destroyed by Divine punishment through Jibrīl (عليه السلام), he declined and gave the reason:
The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) replied:[8]
No, for I hope that Allāh will bring forth from their progeny people who will worship Allāh alone and not associate any partners with him.
Because there is no doctrine of tribal, ethnic or racial superiority in Islām, and because Islām is not about possession of land or conquering for the sake of conquering, there is no scope for such hatred and anger that is behind the justification of the type of genocidal bloodlust and ethnic cleansing discussed above in the speech of Jewish supremacists.[9]
Abū Hurayrah reports that a man said to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم), “O Messenger of Allāh, supplicate against the polytheists”—this was during their great oppression against the Muslims—and the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, “I was not sent to curse, I was sent as mercy.”[10]
Abū Hurayrah also reports that Ṭufayl bin ʿAmr and some of his associates from the Daws tribe came to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and said, “O Messenger of Allāh, the Daws have disobeyed us and refused our call, so supplicate against them.” The Prophet said, “O Allāh guide the [tribe of] Daws and bring them to us.”[11]
The Daws tribe accepted Islām towards the end of the Prophet’s mission and just as the Prophet supplicated, the entire tribe consisting of seventy to eighty households migrated to Madīnah.
Jābir bin ʿAbdullāh reported that a group of the companions said, “O Messenger of Allāh, the nobles of the Thaqīf tribe have violated against us so supplicate against them.” The Prophet said, “O Allāh, guide the tribe of Thaqīf.”[12]
In all of these instances, despite his Companions requesting him to supplicate against those who opposed and oppressed them, he did the opposite and supplicated for their guidance instead.
This demonstrates the moral excellence and superiority of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) who was himself mocked, abused, reviled, pelted with stones, strangled and humiliated in public by the polytheists.
In the conquest of Mecca, when the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) walked into the city, victorious, taking it without battle, and his enemies subdued and humbled, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) had the power and ability to slaughter his enemies who had done whatever they had done for two decades there and then, especially after they had violated the treaty of Hudaybiyah. However, in an act of tremendous mercy, he let them all go, and they were astounded and further humbled by it.
Condemnation of Benjamin 'Netanyahu' Mileikowsky and Condemnation of His Trojan Horse Asset, Hamas, in Effecting Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing in Gaza
Given what has preceded above, and in accordance with the justice of Divine Legislation, we unequivocally condemn this expression and execution of genocidal intent from 'Netanyahu' Mileikowsky and likewise, we condemn his Trojan-horse asset Hamas, which has become a trial and calamity upon the Palestinian people, for its violation of Sharīʿah law by killing non-combatant civilians, women and children. They have both brought tribulation, bloodshed and destruction upon the Palestinians. And we agree with Craig Mokhibur, a UN official, in his evaluation of the situation:
CNN News: UN human rights official quits over "genocide" in Gaza and blames the West
— "A United Nations human rights official is leaving his job over what he calls a "genocide" in Gaza that the UN has failed to stop.
Craig Mokhiber, the director of the UN's New York Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, said in a letter that Gaza is a textbook case of genocide. Mokhiber said he lived in Gaza working on human rights for the UN in the 90s.
He accused the United States, the United Kingdom and European countries of giving political and diplomatic cover for Israel’s atrocities."

Just as we also agree with Israeli historian and genocide scholar, Raz Segal:
Israeli historian and genocide scholar Raz Segal says Israeli leaders' dehumanizing language about Palestinians in Gaza and the IDF's conduct are cause for alarm. "We're seeing the combination of genocidal acts with special intent. This is indeed a textbook case of genocide."
Closing Words
We as Muslims reject extremism and terrorism and we reject and speak against self-appointed spokesmen for the Muslim nation, such as al-Qaeda, ISIS (Daesh) and others who are misguided innovators and extremists in our religion and who are not our spokesmen. Likewise we encourage Jews all across the world to come out and be vocal against the extremists, supremacists and genocidal psychopaths in their midst, otherwise, this will return harm upon them.
Just as we also invite them to see the realities as they are:
Christian Zionists thinking they are deceiving the Jews by supporting them in order to fulfil the end-time prophecies. And the Jewish Zionists fooling and exploiting the Christian Zionists, whom they consider idolators and worshippers of a Jew (Jesus (عليه السلام), and he is not in fact a Jew by religion, but a Muslim), these Christians being considered the nation of Edom, who are to be destroyed, according to these Jews, before the Messiah can come.
The Muslims are not deceiving or fooling anyone, for they affirm the truth, that Jesus (عليه السلام) was a Prophet and Messenger, born of miraculous birth through Mary, who was chaste. They reject both the idolatry of the Christians and the Jewish rejection and denigration of Jesus (عليه السلام) and his mother.
Thus, they invite the People of the Book to abandon the excesses they have fallen into in their religion. The Jews know that the Muslims are correct in rejection of Christian idolatry and their worship of Jesus as God, and that Muslims are not idolators, just as the Christians know that Muslims are correct in their rejection of the Jewish rejection and denigration of Jesus (عليه السلام).
