Covid-19 Vaccine Class-Action Lawsuit Against Ministers and Health Authorities in Malaysia

In Malaysia, eight plaintiffs are suing ministers and health authorities for death, injury and disability caused by Covid-19 vaccine mandates.
KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has ordered 25 defendants, including Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, the federal government and the World Health Organization (WHO), to file their defence by Jan 20 to a class action lawsuit brought by eight plaintiffs over alleged health complications and deaths caused by Covid-19 vaccinations.
The RM60 million suit, filed last month, also named WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, former prime ministers Muhyiddin Yassin and Ismail Sabri Yaakob, and the health ministry as defendants.
Other defendants included health minister Dzulkefly Ahmad and his predecessors, Dr Adham Baba and Khairy Jamaluddin; home minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail and his predecessor Hamzah Zainudin; and education minister Fadhlina Sidek and her predecessor Radzi Jidin.
The plaintiffs also named former health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah as well as the former and current inspectors-general of police as defendants.
They alleged that they were adversely affected by the government’s “negligent and erroneous public health policy” mandating vaccination at the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic four years ago.
The plaintiffs include the son of a man who died after receiving three doses of the vaccine, the husband of a woman who passed away after receiving two doses, and a cleaning worker who suffered a stroke, also after two doses.
The fourth plaintiff is a masseuse who experienced serious side effects after one dose and now requires a wheelchair for mobility, while the fifth is a housewife who also suffered serious symptoms after two doses.
The sixth plaintiff is an Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd worker and the seventh, a supervisor at a department store in Mahkota Parade Melaka. Both claim to have been discriminated against by their employers for refusing to take the vaccines.
The eighth plaintiff is the son of a woman who died after developing severe health issues, including fatal respiratory failure and hypo immunity, following one dose of vaccine.
The plaintiffs also want court declarations, among others, that the Covid-19 virus is “fake” and “man-made”, and that the use of medicines such as Ivermectin and Colchicine without a prior vaccine should be allowed.
They also asked the court to cancel the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme and other similar initiatives.
The plaintiffs also want the court to order Anwar and his government to withdraw from being members of WHO and the World Economic Forum, which they describe as “planned criminals” colluding to usurp the sovereignty of their member countries, including Malaysia.

The Islamic Sharīʿah does not allow marches, demonstrations, protests and the likes, as they do not comprise rectification, but it has provided lawful means through which redress can be sought for violation of rights and protections it has granted people. Such violations include causing of harm and injury to wealth, health and livelihood. From them is neglect of duty, absence of due diligence and overstepping the limits. To this end, we are now seeing in some Muslim countries where individual and class-actions lawsuits are beginning to emerge regarding the snake-oil mRNA Covid-19 injections and the enforcement of draconian measures and harsh policies having no basis or foundation whatsoever in science, nor in medicine (and nor in religious texts).
Muslim scholars past and present have warned from exaggeration in these affairs and imitating the disbelievers therein. See for example Ibn Rajab al-Ḥanbalī (d. 795H) and Shaykh Sulaymān bin Ḥamdān (d. 1397H)..
Such lawsuits have been taking place in Western countries for a couple of years and are likely to increase exponentially in the years to come.
These gene-therapy drugs were fraudulently marketed in a calculated, devised scheme to harm and injure the world’s populations, to enable a huge multi-trillion dollar transfer of wealth and to harm economies of nations in order to advance particular ideological, social and economic agendas on the world stage.
Those who conspired upon these affairs are the criminals of various religions who have built a commercial monopoly and a criminal enterprise out of medicine and in particular out of vaccination (pus mixed with the filth of animals, and toxic adjuvants), which is an abomination of superstition, fraud and pseudoscience, founded upon various types of ideological filth clothed in the garb of science and medicine, which the people of the Earth have been put to trial with for the past couple of centuries.[1]
Very sadly, these affairs are being used against Muslim nations. Wherever these injections are rolled out at the nation level upon children, they lead to neurological illnessess, mental issues, learning difficulities, behavioural problems, allergies, irritations and chronic ailments in children which do not become readily apparent at the beginning. These begin to appear after a time lag after these vaccination programs, and no connection is made. Then the health authorities of these nations become beholden to the same corporations, who offer them more and more medications, treatments and interventions for all of these new diseases, which is the intended commercial objective behind the vaccination enterprise.
A patient cured, is a customer lost. A patient devitalised, harmed or injured, is a customer for life. Now apply that to the level of nations, starting with their children, and there's your business model guaranteed for the rest of the century.
As well as making billions upon billions, you’ve also incapacitated the most important capital of a nation, their children and their capacity for intellectual activity, labour and enterprise. In these Western nations, the rich and powerful elite, their kings and queens, they do not use conventional allopathic medicine except in specific areas (such as trauma, accidents) and the likes. This is because they know full well the history of modern allopathic medicine and what it was intended for, it is purely commercial in nature, to treat and mask symptoms, not to effect cures, it is not intended to heal and provide longevity and vitality. There are two systems of medicine, and always have been throughout empires and civilisations, one for the elite and another for the peasants. These affairs have been researched and written about and they are well understood by the disbelieving elites.
Abū al-Muḍhaffar al-Surramarriyy al-Ḥanbalī (d. 772H), from the students of Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah, wrote in his book, Shifāʾ al-Ālām:[2]
When I saw that the keys (treasures) to the art of medicine had been taken over by those who disbelieve from the People of the Book and the Polytheists and which the Hypocrites of this ummah had [also] seized hold of, and the people of disbelief, sin and disobedience had dominated the seeker [of that knowledge], and it became a commercial monopoly among the criminals of various religions, I called out with the tongue of humility and submission: “O Allāh, to You is the complaint and from You is aid sought.”
Al-Surramarriyy also explained how Muslims have become victims in the terrain of medicine, with the disbelievers gaining ascendancy over them and acquiring the ability to harm them. To Allāh is the complaint.
