Covid-19 Vaccine Death Lawsuit: Vaccine Rollout Was Deliberate, Calculated Mass-Deception and 'Safe and Effective' Was An Outright Lie

Saturday, May 18 2024

Lawsuits are taking place all across the Western world, as victims, doctors, scientists, politicians and lawyers are discovering the truth about the Covid-19 injections. The Swine Flu Scam of 2009 took only a year to unravel. With Covid-19, we are in the fifth year. The single most important and determining factor in this is the control and censorship of information, which was not in place in 2009. This is why Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg (author of False Pandemics) pretty much single-handedly ended the Swine Flu Scam within a year. This time around however, the stakeholder vulture capitalists were well-prepared, had table-top exercises beforehand (10 minute video) and combined the power of big pharma, big tech, and big media to control and censor information to defend and push the crafted narrative.

George Watts Jr. was forced to take a Covid-19 mRNA injection under pressure from his college. He died of myocarditis aged 24. His family have filed a lawsuit against the Department of Defense that oversaw what amounts to a medical experiment upon the world's populations, through "massive deliberate deception".

A few billion people were injected with experimental synthetic modified RNA gene therapy drugs fraudulently marketed as the only way out of the pandemic and “safe and effective”. A very large portion were either placebos (saline solution) or low dosage, and this is why many people did not suffer immediate symptoms, harms or injuries. However, three factors led to death (sudden or delayed) and injury in others, and they were the synthetic modRNA which persists in the body, toxic lipid nanoparticles, and plasmid DNA contamination from the manufacturing method.

One should note that in lawsuits, factual details emerge that are not in the public domain, and we gain an accurate account of reality that can't really be contested. As we have repeatedly mentioned, the Covid-19 Pandemic is the greatest medical and financial scam in history.

Family of College Student Who Died From COVID-19 Vaccine Sues Biden Administration

The family of a college student who died from heart inflammation caused by Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine has sued President Joe Biden’s administration, alleging that officials engaged in “willful misconduct.”

U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) officials wrongly promoted COVID-19 vaccination by repeatedly claiming that the available vaccines were “safe and effective,” relatives of George Watts Jr. said in the new lawsuit seeking damages.

That promotion “duped millions of Americans, including Mr. Watts, into being DOD’s human subjects in its medical experiment, the largest in modern history,” the suit states.

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act allows lawsuits against certain people if they have engaged in “willful misconduct” and if that misconduct caused death or serious injury.

COVID-19 vaccines are covered by the act because of a declaration entered during the Trump administration in 2020.

“DOD’s conduct and the harm caused as alleged within the four corners of the lawsuit speaks for itself,” Ray Flores, a lawyer representing the Watts family, told The Epoch Times via email. “I have no further comment other than to say: My only duty is to advocate for my client. If the DOD conveys a settlement offer, I will see that it’s considered.”

The suit was filed in U.S. court in Washington.

As proof that military officials engaged in misconduct, the suit notes that they made statements that run counter to the law. As early as February 2021, for instance, Austin said the vaccines were “safe and effective” despite that they had not been approved.

“Rather than candidly telling the American public that the vaccines were merely ‘authorized’ ... DOD officials intentionally blurred the line between EUA status and licensure as a means to deceive the public into accepting the vaccines as if they had been FDA approved,” the suit states. “The ’safe and effective' mantra was DOD’s ruse to ensure accelerated distribution of their experimental vaccines.”

The U.S. military was deeply involved in efforts to get people vaccinated. Military officials signed the 2020 agreement with Pfizer for hundreds of millions of doses of its COVID-19 vaccine candidate, and military officials helped lead Operation Warp Speed, an $18 billion effort that funded vaccine development and distribution. And the same day Pfizer’s vaccine was approved, Austin announced military members would be required to get vaccinated. The mandate remained in effect until January 2023.

Watts received the vaccine only “because the school otherwise barred him from attending in-person classes,” according to the suit. But he waited until Comirnaty was licensed before going to an appointment on Aug. 27, 2021. When he arrived, though, he received the doses that were issued under emergency authorization, since the newly approved formulation wasn’t yet available.

Officials should have immediately moved to replace the old vaccine doses in light of the approval, the suit claims, noting court rulings that found that the military illegally required an experimental anthrax vaccine.

“DOD continually and knowingly engaged in massive, deliberate deception and exaggeration to create demand in order to push the vaccines into the arms of as many Americans as possible, making the majority of the country (including Mr. Watts) unknowing participants in its mass human experiment,” the suit states.

Quotes from the Lawsuit

5. DOD caused accelerated production and then pushed out hundreds of millions of vaccines for hundreds of millions of Americans while engaging in a deliberate and calculated mass-deception campaign specifically designed to obfuscate the fact that OWS’ vaccines weren’t licensed “safe and effective,” were merely experimental, and legally could only be characterized as “may be effective” but could not be pronounced safe.

6. By intentionally blurring the line of the critical distinction between “licensed” and “experimental,” DOD duped millions of Americans, including Mr. Watts, into being DOD’s human subjects in its medical experiment, the largest in modern history. While Mr. Watts cared about the safety of OWS’ vaccines, DOD sadly did not.

7. DOD’s stated goal was to maximize vaccine uptake across all population groups. At all times relevant to the complaint, DOD accomplished its task through ongoing deception that caused the death of Mr. Watts.

32. OWS’ Chief Operating Officer, Army General Gustave Perna urged the healthcare community “to convey a message that these vaccines are safe and efficacious, and that vaccination is important” as a counterpoint to “widespread misinformation” in the general public about vaccines and the lack of need for vaccination against the disease. In fact, DOD intentionally led the spread of misinformation and actively encouraged healthcare providers to join in its deception.

33. General Perna intentionally misled the public about COVID-19 vaccines, claiming they were “safe and effective” despite the lack of any formal FDA licensure (“approval”) to support these claims, yet he continued to “push” the vaccines on the public.

39. Rather than candidly telling the American public that the vaccines were merely “authorized” under the FDA’s EUA criteria—that they were not fully licensed (“approved”) and had not been found to be “safe and effective”—DOD officials intentionally blurred the line between EUA status and licensure as a means to deceive the public into accepting the vaccines as if they had been FDA approved. The “safe and effective” mantra was DOD’s ruse to ensure accelerated distribution of their experimental vaccines.

40. The DOD by then was well aware that their vaccines were the cause of thousands of serious adverse events experienced by people who had been injected with their experimental vaccines. In fact from December 2020 through February 2021, 1,266 Deaths and 3,247 hospitalizations had been reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). (See Exh. 5.) The DOD lied when it announced safety and efficacy in light of this damning information.

B. DOD Intentionally Left Only Unlicensed Product in Distribution in the United States at the Time of Mr. Watts’ Death

73. As described below, DOD capitalized on a quintessential “bait and switch” fraud with respect to Pfizer’s legally distinct EUA and FDA licensed COVID-19 vaccines.

C. DOD Intentionally Blurred the Line Between Licensed and Experimental

81. The EUA vaccine that killed Mr. Watts was never FDA licensed, and never proven safe and effective—rather it had already been proven deadly. DOD knew full well that an EUA vaccine can only lawfully be characterized as “may be effective,”30 as was the investigational anthrax vaccine the DOD illegally pushed on its service members in the 1990’s.

D. DOD’s Actions Constitute Human Experimentation Without Consent

85. DOD’s concealed, vast scope of the COVID-19 vaccine experiment it foisted on the public free of charge with detailed records kept, and DOD’s repeated, illegal false assurances of safety and effectiveness furthered its nefarious aim of widespread public acceptance. DOD’s intended wrongful purpose was non-consensual American human experimentation.

86. DOD continually and knowingly engaged in massive, deliberate deception and exaggeration to create demand in order to push the vaccines into the arms of as many Americans as possible, making the majority of the country (including Mr. Watts) unknowing participants in its mass human experiment.

Note:

During this period in 2021, I gave useful and pragmatic advice to people, particularly in the Gulf countries, based on Islamic principles applied to factual realities. The advice was that if you can get an exemption through a lawful route, then do so. If that is not possible, then avoid the mRNA injections, as they are most harmful, and instead get the non mRNA injections, even though there are still risks. I advised people to use the website HowBad.Info to monitor batch numbers and that before getting any injections, they should ask which batch they would be getting. This way they can cross-reference the batch with the VAERS, which is a reporting system for adverse events. This step would allow a reasonable judgement to be made about the safety of the batch in question.

Many people asked if they were allowed to use fake vaccine certificates and I never replied in the positive. I simply gave the above advice and I said that if your health means more to you than being in a Muslim country (as an expat) then go to another country, but being in a Muslim country is better.

In short, some people, rather some students of knowledge who have no background in science or medicine, were not happy with my efforts to save people from unwarranted fear, superstition, exaggeration in contagion, from being deceived by the injection rollout based on fraud and deception, from being killed or injured by the 21st century snake-oil of the Malthusians and Eugenicists, and so they complained to some of the mashāyikh. These people were deeply and emotionally invested in the Covid-19 scam, having believed the lies originating with the people of disbelief about social distancing, facemasks, “safe and effective”, some of them even refusing to shake hands with others and hiding behind perspex screens, which is a type of extremism (ghuluww) that scholars like Shaykh al-Albānī (رحمه الله) cautioned against, and he was an affirmer of contagion.

Some of them even tried to make it binding upon mosques in the West to follow the Saudi measures (of distancing and masks) even when they weren't required by local and national authorities.

Because the information I was translating, writing and spreading on the religious and scientific question of contagion was undermining their exaggeration and was leading people who followed them to have views different to theirs, they started making these complaints and said that this entails belittlement of the rulers and scholars, when it is no such thing.

Rather, I refuted those who began to attack the rulers in early 2020, explaining that they are the ones in authority, that they decide the affairs, that whatever they decide, even if we disagree with it and it causes us hardship, we should not speak against them. That we should have patience, that we can advise them in legislated ways and I entrusted a brother in the Gulf to send a few specific lengthy documents I wrote as advice, during 2020 and early 2021, to each of the health authorites in the Gulf states. That there are measures which can be derived from the texts regarding contagion, and there are measures which are novel, unproven, rather baseless in science and it is the ijtihād of the rulers to implement them or not, during what they perceive to be an emergency. That we should maintain order by adhereing to these measures, but without believing in lies and falsehoods once they become clear.

As for discussions regarding these matters of science and medicine, then these are universal affairs over which no one, no scientist, no ruler, no scholar has any monopoly over. Just like in religious matters, no ruler, if he believes in celebrating the Mawlid, for example, he cannot say that discussion about this matter is now forbidden, and everyone must adopt my view. Rather, this is from the shared universal matters of religion which return back to Allāh and His Messenger and the ruler, just by virtue of being a ruler, does not have a private monopoly on these types of issues.

It is the same with matters of science and theories of medicine and applications thereof. These are affairs that mankind discuss and debate in order seek what is true and correct, and this is why, between the scientists and doctors, there have been continued discussions about lockdowns, social distancing, facemasks, the injections and so on.

A ruler, and his health authorities may choose a particular view and implement it, but that does not mean it is the truth which if opposed, from a knowledge-based, scientific point of view, one has opposed Allāh and His Messenger. So no one can silence anyone in discussing these affairs from a scientific and medical point of view, if they are qualified to do so, and they speak with truth, facts and evidence. This is something the whole of mankind benefits from, because this allows elimination of error, falsehood, fraud, deception and so on.

Had this not been the case, then just as in religion, heretics, deviants and innovators would gain authority and sway over people, likewise in the world, in science, the money-power which seeks profit and plunder through bought science, fraud, deception over and above mankind's beneficial interests would remain supreme.

History is there to be learned from, and one should take just two minutes to read about the Swine Flu Scam of 2009 and also "Why the WHO Faked a Pandemic" and see the astounding parallels.

When truth becomes evidence in these affairs of science and medicine, just like in religion, then everybody, the ruler, the scholar, the student, the layman, is obligated to accept the truth and speak with it.

These people (students of knowledge) are eerily silent on this subject today, and they are being disrespectful to those mashāyikh they went to, by not being sincere and honest towards them and telling them about all of these developments, and how the realities have unfolded.
