Kansas Sues Pfizer Over 'Misrepresentations' and 'Adverse Events' of Covid-19 Vaccine

Tuesday, Jun 25 2024

On June 17, Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced he was suing Pfizer for misleading Kansas residents about the safety and efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine. Kobach said the company made misleading and deceptive claims about its COVID-19 vaccine and needs to be held accountable. The lawsuit follows that of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton who sued Pfizer in November 2023 for the same reasons, for misrepresenting COVID-19 vaccine efficacy and also conspiring to censor public discourse.

Note: The faking of epidemics and pandemics in order to sell serums and injections is a known reality, and has been written about close to a hundred years ago. The greatest pandemic fraud was “Covid-19”. The scam consists of rebranding common and indistinguishable symptoms of known, routine, seasonal illnesses into a new disease label by a false claim that a new “Darwinian virus” has appeared in the crucible of evolution and has jumped from animal to man. This claim is facilitated by the fraud and pseudoscience of Virology and the “magic wand” that is the RT-PCR test which is used to generate "cases" of the alleged new disease by detecting people’s own genetic material. Cases and deaths are fabricated (not detected) and the illusion of a pandemic is created.

There have been numerous failed or partially-successful attempts in the past, from them the Bird Flu Scam of 2005 and the Swine Flu Scam of 2009. These scams involve exaggeration in the matter of contagion, and since the fraud of Virology is underpinned by Darwinian Evolution, then there is potential corruption of creed, as well as behaviour, and this is why Muslims should be suspicious and be on guard against the lies, fabrications and exaggerations of the people of disbelief, in order to protect religious and worldly interests.

Here is some reporting on the Kansas lawsuit:

The state of Kansas has filed a lawsuit against pharmaceutical company Pfizer, Inc. for alleged consumer protection violations related to the company's manufacturing of the COVID-19 vaccine, saying the company marketed the shot as "safe" even though it "knew" the vaccine was connected to "serious adverse events."

"Pfizer misled the public that it had a ‘safe and effective’ COVID-19 vaccine," the 69-page lawsuit filed Monday in the District Court of Thomas County alleges.

"Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public," the suit alleges.

'Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,' Kobach said in a statement.

The suit - filed in the District Court of Thomas County - alleges that Pfizer started hiding evidence as early as 2021, shortly after the vaccine's release.

It is accused of burying evidence showing the link between the jab and pregnancy complications, such as miscarriage and a condition that causes inflammation around the heart known as myocarditis and pericarditis.
