Numerous rabid Islam-haters exposed themselves on social media when they tried to draw hate upon Islam and Muslims by claiming the shopping mall attack in Sydney by a man with a knife, in which six people were killed, was a Muslim and was an instance of Islamic terror.
Deranged Islam-haters (among the Jews, Christians and Hindus) were quick to blame a Muslim on social media and a media firestorm was in the making until the perpetrator was mentioned as one Joel Cauchi, who is not a Muslim. Now it is being said that had "mental health" problems (and thus, it is neither terrorism nor radicalisation).
Basically, once it was discovered he was not a Muslim, it was not reported as a terrorist incident and is just a case of person already known to the police with a tragic mental health problem.
These rabid pro-Zionist Islam-haters include Tommy Robinson, Julia Hartley-Brewer, Rachel Riley, Laura Loomer, Paul Golding and other toxic personalities, all of whom were either justifying or defending or promoting what amounts to the ethnic-cleansing and genocide of Gaza's Muslim population over the past months. They received well-deserved scorn and humiliation over social media. Some, not all of them, backtracked. Brewer apologised in shame, and Riley, a rather vile and duplicitous character, was forced to delete her tweet and apologise after first doubling down on her hate, then trying to hold out for as long as possible, while getting eviscerated in social media posts and calls to Channel 4 to sack her. Her apology is likely to save her career, rather than genuine remorse for her hate-mongering and race-baiting.
Here is a Sky News report from Australia, the perpetrator is only ever identified as "the man".
Police have provided fresh details after a man went on a stabbing spree inside a busy Sydney shopping centre, claiming the lives of six shoppers.
Emergency services descended on Westfield Bondi Junction on Saturday afternoon after terrified shoppers raised the alarm.
The man - who is believed to have acted alone - first entered the centre about 3.10pm, left briefly and then returned about 3.20pm.
Police confirmed before 8pm the death toll had risen from five to six victims after the mother of a baby died in hospital.
Several other people have been rushed to hospital with serious injuries, including the nine-month-old baby who has undergone surgery.
New South Wales Police Commissioner Karen Webb provided a brief update to media just after 8.30pm on Saturday evening.
She confirmed five women and one man had been fatally stabbed in the shopping complex.
The gunman was shot dead by a female police officer who was nearby the Westfield when the attack unfolded and rushed to the scene to help.
