This is a testimony from the brother, Muḥsin bin ʿAbd al-Razzāq al-Jabartī (Madīnah) (وفقه الله) regarding some encounters he had with ʿArafāt al-Muḥammadī, one of which was in late March 2026 when he spoke ill of Shaykh ʿAllāmah Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān and also revealed his tabdīʿ of me, and I believe it is totally plausible that he has held this view for a number of years, upon the ways (masālik) of the Ḥaddādiyyah who make premature tabdīʿ and taḍlīl of well-known Salafīs without evidence, and instigate tribulations and divisions in the ranks of the Ahl al-Sunnah thereby.

This is one of many testimonies from shaykhs and students having direct personal contact of varying durations, all establishing and corroborating that ʿArafāt al-Muḥammadī is a duplicitous liar and mischief-maker who works corruption on the land, and appears to have the aim of undermining and tearing apart not only the daʿwah, but the orderly affairs (or what remains of them) in numerous Muslim lands.
01 ʿArafāt al-Muḥammadī’s belittlement of Shaykh al-Fawzān and presenting him as someone who looks down on people and gives them no concern, especially after becoming the Muftī.
02 His tabdīʿ of myself with very explicit words.
03 His subsequent attempt to free himself in the public domain from this tabdīʿ by threatening to destroy the reputation of Muḥsin by declaring him a liar in public, given that people would believe him, ʿArafāt, due to his perceived status, rather than Muḥsin.
04 This threat was then supported by his Albanian right-hand man, which means that they were both complicit in conspiring to destroy the honour and reputation of a Salafī brother just to shield ʿArafāt and conceal his Ḥaddādī-like traits and behaviours.
05 He also tried to bribe Muḥsin by offering to take him on a visit to Shaykh al-Bukhārī in his house, due to having special access, with the condition that he retract from narrating the tabdīʿ.
06 Muḥsin asked him a number of times to either confirm or deny his tabdīʿ so that he may retract from narrating the tabdīʿ, if indeed, ʿArafāt does not speak with it, but he refused to do so, indicating that ʿArafāt maintains this tabdīʿ. This also reveals the level of deception and lying that was involved.
07 The use of “gatherings are a trust” as a defensive weapon to prevent people from revealing and sharing details with each other, so as to hide one’s cunning, conspiracy, lies and deception from being exposed.
This testimony is to be added to all the other testimonies from scholars, shaykhs and students establishing that ʿArafāt al-Muḥammadī is a liar, a cunning fox, a deceiver and a dubious figure who appears to work for agendas. Indeed, this testimony reveals him to be a disgusting, malicious character in whom there is next to no fear of Allāh. This destroys his perceived status as a scholar, shaykh or person of knowledge, and he is rendered as one of the liars in the dustbin of history by the testimonies of the truthful.
Indeed, if a man is willing to lie to senior scholars like Shaykh Rabīʿ bin Hādī (رحمه الله) in matters of war and bloodshed affecting the servant and the land, then do you think that he holds any respect or value for the honour and reputation of a single Muslim whom he knows he can ruin given his perceived status? Further, from the vileness of ʿArafāt and his inner clique is that in their private gatherings they belittle and attack the scholars—and they know full well that they do this—while publicly accusing others of doing so, using this as a means to defame them.
May Allāh reward the brother Muḥsin for abiding by justice and enacting Allāh’s command to the believers to be witnesses for Allāh, despite being threatened and coerced to retract his truthful testimony.
In May 2025, almost 18 months ago, I mentioned the following in relation to the fitnah of this individual:
I have been saying this since November 2024, some months afterʿArafāt al-Muḥammadī launched his social media attack, and I warned that unless a swift, clear, open stance is declared against him and his mischief to give a signal of zero-tolerance, he will continue to undermine the daʿwah. I repeated these requests in February 2025, April 2025, May 2025, November 2025, January 2026, April 2026 and May 2026.
May Allāh protect Ahl al-Sunnah from the likes of these individuals, and indeed, the only reason these criminals are allowed to flourish is when people fail to openly stand for truth and justice without fearing blame or harm.
The Shaykh (حفظه الله) posted this testimony on his facebook page with some comments:
The Eighth Part in the Series “And the Fig Leaves Fell.”
All Praise is due to Allāh, the Lord of the Worlds.
Evidence continues to mount and facts accumulate, leaving no veil to conceal ʿArafāt al-Muḥammadī’s lies, deceit, and corruption, nor any smokescreen to obscure the truth about him.
This is a new episode added to the series “And the Fig Leaves Fell”, for whenever he (ʿArafāt) attempts to cover his flaws with a leaf of obfuscation, the facts strip away another leaf, until falsehood is laid bare—no matter how much time passes.
“And say: ‘Truth has come, and falsehood has vanished. Indeed falsehood is ever bound to vanish.’” (17:81-).
May Allāh reward our beloved brother Muḥsin bin ʿAbd al-Razzāq al-Jabartī with the best of rewards. May He accept this testimony from him, as well as his bold declaration of the truth and his support for the truth and its adherents.
May Allāh elevate his status, bless him, keep him steadfast upon the Sunnah, and reward him abundantly for the sake of the truth and its people.
