Inductive and Inventive Reasoning in Science

This is an excellent video outlining the difference between inductive reasoning and inventive reasoning in science. It highlights how the people of disbelief, in their study of creation, think of ideas, hypotheses, and then seek information or facts that fit into that theory. And if the facts invalidate that theory, they add more inventive theorisation to maintain belief in the original inventive theory.

This is very different to doing experiments to falsify and invalidate the hypothesis and theory, to ensure that one is eliminating as much error from one's understanding of the phenomena being studied.

The major theories or models of today (Big Bang Cosmology, Darwinian Evolution, Einstein’s Relativity etc.), which drive materialism and atheism are based on inventive reasoning.

This knowledge better equips a Muslim in understanding how the people of disbelief operate upon a false sense of certainty in their materialistic beliefs. Its basically a sophisticated form of self-delusion.
