التَّدَلِّي (إِلىَ السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا)

It is related from the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) through large-scale transmission that Allāh descends to the lowest heaven. The reality of this descent is unknown, and though this may bewilder the mind, it is not possible or permissible to negate this, so it is affirmed without asking how.as is the way of the Salaf towards these texts.
