Further below is the advice I gave in June 2020, a couple of months after the launch of the Covid-19 Pandemic Response, which was the greatest medical and financial fraud and swindle in the history of the world, with many trillions in wealth transferred to the rich and powerful from the working population and small businesses, based on fraud, pseudoscience, media propaganda and collusion between various institutional actors within big pharma, big tech and big media.
However, the physical and financial harm is not the worst aspect of this debacle. The worst aspect is how materialist pseudoscience, speculative theories of disease and outright fraud could be used on such a scale to get the world to act upon superstition (social distancing of six feet between the healthy), exaggeration and unwarranted fear. Faked pandemics are a thing.
Overwhelmingly, seasonal illnesses (flu, pneumonia) were rebranded into a new disease through fraudulent misuse of the RT-PCR procedure as a "diagnostic test" to make up "cases" from healthy people and to rebrand deaths from other causes. Further, treatment protocols (use of respiratory suppressant drugs and ventilation) were the actual cause of the large wave of deaths in hospitals in Western nations.
Harsh lockdowns were promoted by the WHO and the Chinese Communists, this being a means of coercing people to take an experimental injection [marketed as "safe and effective" through complete fraud]—in exchange for their freedom and a 'return to normal'—all for the benefit of 'sophisticated hustlers posing as philanthropists' such as Bill Gates and other stakeholders who are the largest funders of the WHO and steer its policies for self-interests.
While some nations exposed and rejected the scam (Tanzania) and others avoided the exaggeration, hype and harmful policies (Sweden, some US states, and Pakistan rejecting lockdowns), most other countries went along with the WHO, CDC, FDA which are captured institutions serving the interests big pharma and its owners, not those of the public.
The faking of pandemics for profit and plunder on the back of Darwinian Virology and Virus Mania is nothing new. With "Covid-19" a precedent has been set (despite earlier failed attempts such as the 2009 Swine Flu Scam), allowing for future manufactured or exaggerated pandemic and climate emergencies to be used for potentially brutal and harsh lockdowns that were seen during 2020.
The Covid-19 Scam is the first in a series of manufactured or exaggerated crises (in this decade) to justify a "reset" of the world to save it from the alleged purge of carbon dioxide[1] and mutating Darwinian viruses.[2] allegedly caused by the social and economic activity of man.[3]
No doubt, these affairs are a trial and tribulation from Allāh (عز وجل) upon the people of the earth, we ask Allāh for pardon.
What is of concern here is not physical or financial harm as we can treat these affairs as worldly trials and get over them. Rather, the concern is with Muslims being victims of speculative theories of disease, the fraud and pseudoscience of Darwinian virology and holding beliefs, having thoughts and doing actions guided by these lies, because this now encroaches upon affairs of creed and Tawḥīd.
Here is the advice in question from 8 June 2020:[4]
The Advice
Bismillāh wal-Ḥamdulillāh.
As we have repeatedly stated, it is obligatory for Muslims to obey the rulers in the guidelines, regulations and restrictions they have placed based upon their ijtihād in the matter, for they have not done this except due to desiring good for their populations.
The scholars have enjoined such obedience because it is a foundation of the Sunnah and not because the “science” claimed by any particular individual or institution requires us to do so.
Whoever claimed that the rulers are obeyed because “lockdown”, “social distancing” and “contact tracing” of perfectly healthy and disease free people are valid in medicine, public health and/or are specifically legislated in religion, then he is setting up the rulers and the scholars for attack and revilement at some point in the future.
But whoever said that the rulers are obeyed because the Sunnah has ordered with obedience to them in whatever is not unlawful, even if it involves hardship and difficulty, then this stance can never ever be attacked, and the scholars can only be praised for advising with the Sunnah.
The claims of science can always be attacked, undermined, shown to be false and even fraudulent, years or decades later, if not weeks or months afterwards. This can lead to anger, resentment, distrust and the likes among people which can lead to undesirable behaviours and outcomes.
Note: Something has to be said about this last paragraph:
All of these are now established realities, rejected only by those who "trust the science" and appear to deny that disbelievers could ever engage in such conspiracies for profit and plunder and for ideological objectives too.
Continued...
For this reason, when it is said that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Upon a Muslim man is to hear and obey in both what he likes and dislikes, unless he is commanded with disobedience [to Allāh]. Then, there is no hearing and obeying.” And that therefore, it is a foundation in our religion that we hear and obey the rulers in whatever is not unlawful, then no one can ever attack this position or find fault with it.
There is nothing but goodness in the implementation of this foundation of the Sunnah. The rulers are rewarded for their ijtihād, and the scholars are always praised for calling to adherence to the Sunnah.
Further, there is a great difference between the non-Muslim rulers and nations—they run upon social democracy which as a system, is a stepping stone for communism—and they have many secular ideologies and philosophies upon which they desire to manage or control their societies. Thus, they often have ulterior motives, and in many cases, they are beholden to private and corporate interests and hence do not really work for the interests of their subjects.
In contrast, the Muslim rulers—may Allāh protect them and grant them success—they are free of these ideologies and goals. They are simply acting for the genuine protection and benefit of their societies on the basis of what they believe to be credible science and appropriate regulations and measures.
As such, all of this, upon the principle of the Sunnah, requires compliance and obedience.
As for the aspect of hardship, difficulty, loss of employment, lack of provision and the likes , then each person should realise that all of this is a tribulation from Allāh (عز وجل), and Allāh (عز وجل) brings trials to His servants through a variety of means—such means that they cannot escape from, because they are all-encompassing. Such is the reach of Allāh. None of His servants can escape His reach. And hence, these trials can only be repelled with repentance, seeking forgiveness and making amends.
In his commentary on the verse about the appearance of mischief upon land and sea, “...because of what the hands of men have earned so that He may make them taste a part of what they have done” (30:41-), Ibn Kathīr (رحمه الله) cites from Abū al-ʿĀliyah (رحمه الله), the statement: “Whoever disobeyed Allāh has caused corruption upon the earth, because the rectification of the earth and the rectification of the heaven is through obedience.”
By keeping this in mind, the wider realities that relate to al-Qaḍā wal-Qadar, Allāh’s wisdom in His actions and His justice, the role of sins and disobedience in restriction of livelihood and removal of safety and so on are incorporated and not ignored.
Thus, one moves away from being resentful and angry about the difficulties and hardships and avoids projecting that anger outwards in ways that are detrimental and can oppose the Sunnah, and instead turns back to his heart and soul and to rectification of his self, whilst relying upon Allāh and invoking him for relief, without at the same time neglecting the pursuit of his beneficial interests in the world and trying to minimise the tribulation, as this is part and parcel of placing reliance upon Allāh for relief.
End of the quote.
The essence of the matter is that this is a tribulation from Allāh (عز وجل), and we must on the one hand avoid causing commotion and disturbance by adhering to guidelines from the angle of observing the Sunnah, even if we encounter hardship, perceiving this as a trial and punishment for our sins, while on the other hand, not believing in what is established and proven to false, or based upon fraud, or is founded upon speculative, disproven theories of disease, such as the superstition of a healthy person keeping six feet from another out of fear the “transmission” a disease he does not have, or fearing imaginary, fabricated Darwinian mutants that exist only "in silico" (on computer), having no physical reality to them, and which are invented by the disbelievers, upon their fraud of Darwinian evolution, for purposes of fearmongering. These are raw falsehoods, invented by the people of disbelief without any scientific basis. So we must not believe in these falsehoods, or allow our thoughts and emotions to be governed by them, even if we may abide by these novel regulations practically speaking for other objectives, for maintaining order.
Only very recently (in 2023), I learned of the claim that there is a voice recording in which I [allegedly] accuse the scholars of not knowing “fiqh al-wāqiʿ” upon the way of the Surūriyyah, Quṭbiyyah and upon the way of the heads of the Muʿtazilah such as ʿAmr bin ʿUbayd and his likes.[5]
The accusers have never presented this alleged recording to me.
I consider this allegation to be slander (بهتان) and oppression (ظلم) and revilement of honour (الاستطالة في العرض).
This type of accusation can be more serious than falsely accusing a Muslim of zinā (adultery, fornication) because that sin is only what relates to the self of worldly desires, whereas this is to impute misguidance in religion to a Muslim, it is to disfigure his religion by accusing him of hating and reviling the scholars of the Sunnah upon the way of its enemies, which brings greater disrepute and scorn for the one accused with it than the one accused of major sins such as zinā.
It cannot be except a misconstruing or deliberate distortion of my words and my view in general.
Since these affairs are differed over greatly and since nations of the world took different positions, and since scholars are almost always not experts in the medical field, they refer back to those whom they trust and consider specialists. Upon the information they receive from their trusted experts, they give verdicts which are actionable by the people of their land. However, these verdicts may or may not be in accordance with the realities given that there can be differing and controversy in the religious and wordly affairs in question (in this case, the notion of contagion, vaccination, lockdowns, protective measures) and also given that much of this is based on questionable speculative, materialistic theories of disease..
Nevertheless, every scholar is rewarded for his ijtihād, with one or two rewards.
This has nothing to do with the revilements of the Quṭbiyyah and Surūriyyah and the Muʿtazilah upon the scholars of the Sunnah.
This is to do with religious verdicts being in accordance with realities, and taking what agrees with the evidence. There is no expectation that a scholar has to know everything in every field of knowledge and be infallible in his opinions and verdicts.
To give an example, if many decades ago, someone spoke against tobacco and smoking and said it causes cancer, and that those scholars of the time who judged that it is permissible, that they are incorrect due to scientific realities being established which they may not know of, and also due to it being established that tobacco companies fund and manufacture "the science" that tobacco is "safe and health-protective", this does not mean he has accused them thereby of not having “fiqh al-wāqiʾ” (comprehension of current affairs, or realities) upon the way of the Quṭbiyyah, Surūriyyah or reviled them upon the way of ʿAmr bin ʿUbayd al-Muʿtazilī.
So whoever claims that they have a voice recording in which I say such a thing about the scholars, upon the way of the Quṭbiyyah, Surūriyyah, upon the way of ʿAmr bin ʿUbayd al-Muʿtazilī, then let him produce the recording. And if not, then he is guilty of slander and oppression.
